Srividya has 5 years of experience across communication skills training, B2B business development and client relations for flexi staffing. Over the last two years, she has trained over ~50 professionals of varying seniority from South East Asian countries and a few European countries on topics including improving business communication, handling social situations, conducting meetings and presentations etc.
Her exposure to training in a multi-cultural environment has enabled her to coach and to engage clients on a mix of global topics and business situations that sets them up for global success.
At Inlingua, Srividya develops customized business communication training plans, which is based on content curated from across the globe to deliver a high quality learning experience.
During her tenure at Berlitz , Srividya was trained for the Berlitz’ Global Leader Training program aimed at helping clients develop cross cultural sensitivity that is key to global success. She is also conversant with the Cultural Orientation Indicator tool for understanding an individual’s cultural profile. She has trained professionals from entry level staff to senior management.
Srividya holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology (University rank holder) and a Masters in Business Administration specialized in Human Resource.
